Customer Dashboard¶
The dashboard is the landing page after login and gives you an immediate overview of your hosting account, resource usage and available actions.
Select Subscription¶
If your account has multiple hosting subscriptions, you will see a subscription selector (dropdown) in the top right of the header. Select the desired subscription to display the associated data.
Subscription Context
All pages in the customer area always relate to the currently selected subscription. Switch the subscription in the header dropdown to navigate between your hosting packages.
The last selected subscription is saved in the browser and automatically preselected on the next login.
Overview¶
The customer dashboard shows three main areas:
- Quota Display — Usage of your subscribed resources
- Quick Access — Direct links to the most important management pages
- Subscription Details — Status, package name and domain of your subscription
Quota Display¶
A progress bar is shown for each resource, displaying current consumption relative to your limit:
| Resource | Description |
|---|---|
| Disk Space | Used disk space in MB/GB against your disk quota |
| Websites | Number of created websites against the maximum |
| Domains | Number of managed domains against the maximum |
| Databases | Number of created MariaDB databases against the maximum |
| Mailboxes | Number of active email mailboxes against the maximum |
| FTP Accounts | Number of created FTP accounts against the maximum |
| Cron Jobs | Number of configured cron jobs against the maximum |
| WordPress | Number of installed WordPress instances against the maximum |
Color Coding¶
The progress bars use color coding:
- Green (below 70%) — Sufficient capacity available
- Yellow (70-90%) — Capacity running low
- Red (above 90%) — Nearly exhausted
Quota Exhausted
When a limit is reached, no more resources of that type can be created. Contact your hosting provider to upgrade your package.
